Marketing Houses in
2025
The topic of Marketing houses is similar to Jie’s topic
building process. In the diagram he showed in his post about Conceptual design
and detailed design. What this topic is about is how Agents will be selling
houses in the future or if they will ever be selling houses.
The reason I think agents won’t be selling houses is that I believe
People can do it in the comfort of their home. The customization of houses will
become a norm in the future. Right from your computer or electronic device you
can connect to the agent and negotiate about what to have in your home.
This website is just about tips on how to sell your house
My aunt is a real estate agent and she believes that in the
near future every agent will have a tablet with information on the house and
everything on it, also having a innovative 3-D virtual tour of the house the
home buyers want to buy. Which I found very interesting
